Their goal was to boost Conversion Rates and Revenue compared to Adobe Live Search. They preferred a user-friendly, quick-setup AI solution with minimal team involvement.
They collaborated with XGEN AI to create and deploy a Composable Search Engine leveraging Generative AI on their website and elevated the Search Experience with a new UX designed and powered by XGEN AI. This integration enabled their search to provide instant responses as users typed queries and introduced dynamic filtering for swift drill-down on results.
